How do I upgrade or add on to my already purchased ticket?

Want to upgrade? Great! Contact us at capuletfest@capuletent.com. Include your order number, plus the name and email tied to it. Tell us your upgrade request, and we'll hook you up with a ticket upgrade, no sweat. (Certain ticket types have limited availability so don't wait!)

Can minors participate in the meet & greets?

Yes, however, all participants under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult. Both adult and minor need to purchase a meet & greet add-on due to very limited availability. These will likely all sell out so act quickly!

What about parking?

Paid parking only.

GA paid parking is available for single day and weekend.
‍
VIP parking is a closer location and available for an additional charge. You do not need to purchase a VIP entry upgrade for VIP parking, but you will not receive the VIP perks (meet & greets, early entry, lanyard/badge, and VIP merch)

Capulet Royal Pass includes weekend VIP parking.

What if it rains?

Capulet Fest goes on no matter what, rain or shine! Pack a rad rain jacket or grab a funky poncho and let's rock! Just so you know, tickets for Capulet Fest 2024 are non-refundable, but we're in for a wild time! Please note during extreme weather conditions, lineup is subject to change.

Is this event all-ages?

Capulet Fest is all-ages. Young rockers are permitted to party with us as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times. Children 8 and under are free. We recommend proper ear protection and sunscreen!

*If you get separated from your child at any time, please locate security or staff immediately to assist you.

Is re-entry available?

Re-entry may be provided. You will be stamped upon exiting. For the safety of everyone entering the festival, you and your bags are subject to search again by security.

What Can I Bring?

All items and persons are subject to search.

Small to Medium sized bags, Lawn Chairs, Blankets, Strollers and carts, and small umbrellas. Empty water bottle (there will be a place to fill up). Personal medication needs to be properly marked. Over the counter medications are allowed in reasonable personal quantities.

NO weapons, fireworks of any kind, drugs, outside drinks/food, coolers, pets, drones or professional camera equipment, selfie sticks, and large bags.

Capulet Fest reserves the right, at all times and in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizers, either to deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the Festival Grounds venue and/or the event site for violation of any Festival Event Rules including, but not limited to, seeking to bring into and/or possessing or using any prohibited items while on at the Festival Venue and/or Festival Campgrounds. All such Festival Event Rules may be updated or modified at any time, without notice.

What is Not Allowed?
